Three Crows and Five Fish is a painting that is located within the secret room of the Cyan Area. It depicts several crows, fish, apples, snakes, and two types of flowers: white flowers with stems, and pink ones without stems. Some pink petals are also scattered on the ground. The painting endlessly cycles through different parts of itself. It has a blue frame.

It is an essential part of the puzzle in the secret room, where the player must pay close attention to the number of crows (three), and what item appears five times in one cycle (fish). The player must then input their answer into the red and blue orbs next to the painting respectively. Should the player's answer be correct, a piece of the painting, Guertena, will appear in the middle of the room. The only way to exit the secret room is to inspect the lower-right corner of the room. This then prompts Ib with whether to press a switch on the wall, which will then allow Ib to go back to the room Garry was resting in. If any other corner is inspected, pressing the switch will lead to an immediate death.

After finishing the game the painting will appear in the True Guertena Exhibit in the secret room, which can be accessed by looking at the canvas with the stick man drawn on it.
