— Tattletale

Tattletale is one of Guertena's paintings located in the Brown Area in the game Ib. It depicts a red-lipped mouth opening and closing as if speaking. The image is set against a dull blue background, surrounded by a brown frame.

When Garry discovered Mary was actually a painting and not a real girl, the Strained Ear heard him state the fact, and Tattletale whispered Garry's discovery to Mary. This caused a change in Mary's demeanor, sending her into a fit of delirium and desperation to escape the cursed gallery with Ib before Garry can find them and stop them.

During the Welcome to the World of Guertena, Tattletale and Strained Ear attend the welcoming party for Ib and Garry. When Mary discovers the lighter in Garry's pocket, Tattletale responds to Mary that they should dispose of it in the "TRASH."

LocationEdit

In the Brown Area, the painting is located in the middle of the wall in the top area of the main room, just above the central vase. If Ib examines it while it's talking, she will note that it's whispering something.
